Key Technical Highlights
1. Precise and Efficient Rock Sample Collection
Double-walled drill pipe + reverse circulation technology enables continuous backflow of rock cuttings in the inner tube. After reduction by cyclone separators at 1/8, 1/16, and 1/32 scales, samples are directly loaded into sample bags marked with depth and location. The closed process prevents contamination and ensures sample representativeness and traceability.
2. Excellent Power System Matching
Both drilling rigs are equipped with well-known Cummins high-torque diesel engines, matched with Kaishan-branded Class A energy-efficient large-displacement screw compressors. This combination allows the diesel engine to meet torque requirements at optimal fuel efficiency.
3. Stable and Reliable Chassis
The drilling rig's travel chassis uses Komatsu W190 pitch engineering tracks, equipped with Danfoss or Rexroth high-torque travel motors and reducers. Supports ±10° chassis adjustment with floating/locking functions.
4. Energy-Saving Hydraulic System
Load-sensitive system (variable pump + pre-valve compensating main valve) distributes flow on demand. Propulsion and rotation pressure/flow are independently controlled for low energy consumption.
5. Convenient Cab Experience
ROPS/FOPS cab with laminated double-glazed windows for insulation, soundproofing, and air conditioning. Large-screen real-time monitoring with fault feedback.
